Being a veteran and having an extensive understanding of various leadership style frameworks, she has developed a unique and empowering leadership style that enables her to collaborate well with others. She believes in leading through change.

She has a strong background in sales and marketing, with over 20 years of experience in the field. She has extensive experience in Photography, Advertising, and Planning. Having held positions in the Executive, Management, and Marketing fields, Kash is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients.
